At Cabme, we are committed to providing a reliable and user-friendly experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services booked through the Cabme Taxi app.
All payments made through the Cabme Taxi app (including rides, delivery services, and related fees) are non-refundable by default.
However, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis if specific conditions are met.
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
Service Failure:
The requested service was not delivered or completed due to an issue caused by Cabme or the service provider.
Duplicate Charges:
You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
Valid Cancellation:
You canceled a service in accordance with our cancellation policy but were still charged.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The service was completed successfully
Delays caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather conditions)
Incorrect bookings or user errors
Failure to cancel within the allowed cancellation window

However, we strongly recommend contacting us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
