Terms and conditions RAZATEC BV built the Cabme Taxi app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by RAZATEC BV at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CabMe platform, including our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by CabMe ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering for an account, downloading our applications, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform, email, or in-app notification.


2. Definitions

  • Platform – CabMe’s websites, mobile applications, and systems.
  • User – Any person or entity using the Platform.
  • Customer / Rider – A user requesting rides or parcel delivery.
  • Driver – A user providing transport or delivery services.
  • Butler – A business user (e.g. hotel or concierge) requesting transport on behalf of guests.
  • Corporate Account – A business account used for invoicing and managed transport.
  • Fleet Owner – A user managing vehicles and drivers.
  • Services – Ride booking, parcel delivery, and related transport services.
  • Trip – A single ride or delivery request.
  • Fare – The amount charged for a Trip.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Drivers must hold valid licences, permits, and insurance.

4. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Platform Role

CabMe acts solely as an intermediary connecting users.

CabMe does not:

  • Employ drivers or provide transportation services directly
  • Guarantee availability of drivers
  • Take responsibility for actions of third-party service providers beyond legal obligations

6. Services for Customers

6.1 Booking

  • Customers may request rides or parcel deliveries.
  • Service availability depends on driver availability.
  • Requests are not guaranteed to be accepted.

6.2 Fare and Payment

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable conditions.
  • An estimated fare is shown before booking; final fare may vary.
  • Payment is due as specified in the chosen payment method.
  • Available methods may include cash, card, bank transfer, or wallet.

6.3 Cancellation and No-Show

  • Cancellation fees may apply after driver assignment.
  • No-show fees may apply if the passenger is absent.
  • Policies are shown before booking confirmation.

6.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.
  • Requests must be submitted via the Platform or support.

7. Services for Drivers

7.1 Independent Contractor Status

  • Drivers are independent contractors, not employees.
  • Drivers are responsible for taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
  • Drivers choose their own working hours.

7.2 Requirements

  • Valid licences and permits are required.
  • Vehicles must meet legal and safety standards.
  • Insurance must be maintained.
  • Verification checks may be required.

7.3 Trip Handling

  • Drivers may accept or decline trip requests.
  • Accepted trips must be completed responsibly.
  • Professional and safe conduct is required.

7.4 Earnings and Commission

  • Earnings are based on fares minus commission.
  • Commission rates may change with notice.
  • Payment details are provided in the driver app.

7.5 Cash Handling

  • Cash payments must follow platform rules.
  • Limits and procedures may apply.

8. Butler Services

8.1 Role

  • Butler users request transport on behalf of guests.
  • Trips follow standard platform rules unless stated otherwise.

8.2 Payment

  • Final fare and payment method are confirmed at trip completion.
  • Butler users are responsible for correct settlement.

8.3 Responsibility

  • Butler users must use the Platform appropriately and lawfully.

9. Corporate and Business Accounts

Corporate accounts may be subject to additional agreements. Invoicing and payment terms are defined separately. All authorised users must comply with these Terms.


10. Fleet Owners

Fleet owners manage drivers and vehicles and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.


11. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Provide false information
  • Harass or harm others
  • Abuse platform systems or payments
  • Commit fraud or misuse services

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.


12. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content is owned by CabMe or its licensors.
  • Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
  • Reverse engineering is not allowed.

13. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CabMe is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Actions of third parties

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.


15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CabMe against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights

16. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are violated.
  • You may stop using the Platform at any time.
  • Certain provisions will survive termination.

17. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes should first be reported to support.
  • Belgian law applies.
  • Courts in Belgium have jurisdiction.

18. General Provisions

  • Severability: Invalid clauses do not affect others.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms form the full agreement.
  • Assignment: Rights may not be transferred without consent.
